The present terms and conditions (this "Agreement" or "Terms") is a legal agreement between you and Bedrock Business Builders Corp. (operating as Bedrock360 Tax Solutions) (hereinafter "Company"), a company duly organized and validly existing, located at 11 Amityville Rd, Sound Beach, New York, 11789. This Agreement annuls and voids all previous agreements.

The Site (www.bedrock360taxsolutions.com) is operated by Bedrock Business Builders Corp., operating as Bedrock360 Tax Solutions.

Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions.

Bedrock360 Tax Solutions offers this Site, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

You understand and agree that our Site may include communications such as service announcements and administrative or legal notices from us. Please note that you cannot opt out of receiving these notices.

SECTION 2 – CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Once you create an account with us, you are registered on the Bedrock360 Tax Solutions Site. When you create an account, you will provide a unique username and email address and create a password. Because any activities that occur under your username or password are your responsibility, it is important for you to keep your username and/or password secure.

If anyone knowingly provides any information of a false, untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete nature, Bedrock360 Tax Solutions will have sufficient grounds and rights to suspend or terminate the member in violation of this aspect of the Agreement.

SECTION 3 – CONDUCT

As a user or member of the Site, you acknowledge, understand and agree that all information, text, software, data, photographs, music, video, messages, tags or any other content is the expressed sole responsibility of the individual from whom the content originated.

You herein agree not to make use of Bedrock360 Tax Solutions' Services for the purpose of uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that shall be deemed unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libelous; causing harm to minors in any manner whatsoever; impersonating any individual or entity; or violating any local, state, federal, national, or international law.

SECTION 4 – GLOBAL USE; EXPORT/IMPORT COMPLIANCE

Due to the global nature of the internet, through the use of our network you hereby agree to comply with all local rules relating to online conduct and acceptable content, including all applicable export and import laws, statutes and regulations.

SECTION 5 – SUBMITTED CONTENT

Bedrock360 Tax Solutions shall not lay claim to ownership of any content submitted by any visitor, member, or user, nor make such content available for inclusion on our website Services without the applicable licenses described herein.

SECTION 6 – INDEMNITY

All users and/or members agree to hold Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners and/or licensors blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party arising from any content a member or user may submit, post, modify, transmit, or otherwise make available through our Services.

SECTION 7 – COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES

The member or user agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell, nor exploit for any commercial reason any part of, or access to, Bedrock360 Tax Solutions' sites.

SECTION 8 – MODIFICATIONS

Bedrock360 Tax Solutions reserves the right at any time to modify, alter and/or discontinue, whether temporarily or permanently, our service or any part thereof, with or without prior notice.

SECTION 9 – CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

As a member of www.bedrock360taxsolutions.com, you may cancel or terminate your account by submitting a request to [email protected]. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of services. You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid prior to cessation of use.

SECTION 10 – LINKS

Either Bedrock Business Builders Corp. or third parties may provide links to other websites and/or resources. We are not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and we do not endorse nor are we responsible for any content, products, advertising, or other materials on or available from such third-party sites or resources.

SECTION 11 – PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that Bedrock360 Tax Solutions' Services and any software used in connection with our Services contain proprietary and confidential material protected by applicable intellectual property rights and laws. Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or as authorized by Bedrock Business Builders Corp., you agree not to alter, modify, lease, rent, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or publicly perform any content.

SECTION 12 – WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

YOU HEREIN EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF BEDROCK360 TAX SOLUTIONS SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. OUR SERVICES AND SOFTWARE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND/OR "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BEDROCK BUSINESS BUILDERS CORP. AND OUR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

SECTION 13 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT BEDROCK BUSINESS BUILDERS CORP. / BEDROCK360 TAX SOLUTIONS AND OUR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RELATED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA AND/OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

SECTION 14 – RELEASE

In the event you have a dispute, you agree to release Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, parent subsidiaries, affiliates, co-branders, partners and any other third parties) from claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected to such dispute.

SECTION 15 – NOTICE

Bedrock360 Tax Solutions may furnish you with notices, including those with regards to any changes to the Terms, including but not limited to email, regular mail, MMS or SMS, text messaging, postings on our website Services, or other reasonable means. Any such notices may not be received if you violate any aspects of the Terms by accessing our Services in an unauthorized manner.

SECTION 16 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Bedrock360 Tax Solutions trademarks, copyright, trade names, service marks, and other logos and brand features are and shall remain the property of Bedrock Business Builders Corp. You agree not to display and/or use in any manner the Bedrock360 Tax Solutions logo or marks without obtaining prior written consent.

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions and shall govern the use of our Services, superseding any prior version of this Agreement.

SECTION 18 – CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY OF TERMS

At any time, should Bedrock360 Tax Solutions fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement, such failure shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 20 – STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

You acknowledge, understand and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of our Services or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after said claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.

SECTION 22 – SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

Bedrock Business Builders Corp. (operating as Bedrock360 Tax Solutions) operates an SMS text messaging program through its website chat widget located at www.bedrock360taxsolutions.com. This section governs all SMS and MMS communications sent by or on behalf of Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions.

22.1 – Program Description We operate two distinct SMS communication programs, each requiring separate and independent opt-in consent:

Customer Care SMS: Transactional and support-related messages including responses to inquiries, ticket updates, appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing service engagement.

Promotional SMS: Marketing messages including special offers, discounts, event announcements, seasonal promotions, and service announcements related to Bedrock360 Tax Solutions' offerings.

22.2 – How to Opt In You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Bedrock360 Tax Solutions by checking the applicable opt-in checkbox(es) in the chat widget on www.bedrock360taxsolutions.com. Each program (Customer Care and Promotional) has its own independent, clearly labeled checkbox. Neither checkbox is pre-checked by default. By checking a box and submitting the form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions for the selected message type.

By opting in, you confirm that: you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the mobile number provided; you are at least 18 years of age; you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

22.3 – Message Frequency Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and account activity. For Customer Care messages, you may receive up to 5 messages per month or as needed in response to your service inquiries. For Promotional messages, you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary.

22.4 – Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to the receipt of SMS messages.

22.5 – How to Opt Out You may opt out of any SMS program at any time. To stop receiving messages: reply STOP to any text message you receive from us to unsubscribe from that specific program. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP to any text message to receive assistance information. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] or call (661) 752-5639 to request removal. Opting out of Promotional SMS will not affect your ability to receive Customer Care messages, and vice versa, as each program maintains independent consent records.

22.7 – No Third-Party Sharing Bedrock Business Builders Corp. / Bedrock360 Tax Solutions does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances, except as required by law or necessary to operate the messaging platform (e.g., the SMS gateway/carrier used to deliver messages).

22.8 – Supported Carriers Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

22.9 – Consent Independence Consent to receive Customer Care SMS messages is separate from consent to receive Promotional SMS messages. Granting consent for one program does not constitute consent for the other. Marketing/Promotional consent is never combined with transactional/Customer Care consent. Each consent is independently collected, stored, and honored.
